However, should you ever feel the need to return or exchange your order, for any reason whatsoever, we’re here to make that process as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Your experience matters, and we’re committed to exceeding your expectations every step of the way.
  Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.

  Return Policy:

  1) The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
  3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer with the shipping receipt.
  4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn’t been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
  5) Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
  6) Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
  7) International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
